Who we are
This notice describes personal information used on the Feel Inc. public studio website. Feel Inc. is the contact responsible for questions about this website and the project inquiries it receives. You can reach us at contact@feelinc.cloud. Authenticated client and collaborator workflows may involve additional project and account information beyond this public website. Google integration details are covered in the Workspace privacy policy.
Information we use
When you contact us, you choose to share your name, email address, company or brand, project direction, estimated budget and description. Please avoid including passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential material that is not needed for an initial conversation.
The public website also records usage events: page visits, clicks, portfolio openings and time spent on the page. These records can include a random visitor identifier, a session identifier, referring website, campaign parameters, browser, operating system, device category, language and screen-size category. The public analytics endpoint does not add an IP-address field to those event records. Hosting and media services may separately process connection information as part of delivering their services.
Your project briefing
The step-by-step briefing keeps your answers in the page’s current memory while you complete it. It does not upload your answers as you move between steps and does not save the draft in browser storage. Reloading or leaving the page can clear an unfinished draft.
“Prepare briefing” opens your email application with a message addressed to Feel Inc. The message is sent only when you send it from your email application. After that, Feel Inc. and the email services involved process the message to respond to your inquiry, discuss scope and prepare a possible collaboration.
Why we use information
We use inquiry information to answer you, understand your project and take steps toward a possible service agreement. Website usage information helps us understand which work and services visitors explore and improve the website. Technical information supports delivery and security.
Where Brazilian data protection law applies, the relevant legal basis depends on the activity: steps you request before a contract, performance of a contract, applicable legal obligations, or legitimate interests assessed against your rights. Where an activity requires consent, that requirement is separate from simply reading this notice.
External services
The site uses hosting, media delivery and communication services. Images and video previews can connect to media providers as the page loads or scrolls. Opening a video may load an embedded player from YouTube, Google Drive, Instagram or FrameRate, depending on the selected project. These services can receive technical information and apply their own privacy and storage practices.
External destinations have their own policies. See Google’s privacy policy and Meta’s privacy policy. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. For details about storage in your browser, read our cookie policy.
Retention and security
We retain correspondence and project information for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, provide agreed services and meet applicable legal or contractual requirements. Retention depends on the information and the context; you can contact us about a specific record or request.
We use access restrictions and technical safeguards appropriate to the services involved. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us if you believe information shared with us has been exposed or used incorrectly.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, and anonymization, blocking or deletion where appropriate. You may also ask about portability, object to processing or withdraw consent where consent is the relevant basis. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
Send requests to contact@feelinc.cloud with enough context for us to locate the relevant information. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information. You can also contact the Brazilian data protection authority, ANPD.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the website or its data practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. The Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) provides the legal reference for the Brazilian rights described here.
