Feel Inc. operates Feelinc Workspace, a production management platform for its team and clients. This policy explains how the Workspace uses information from Google accounts when an administrator or client chooses to connect Google Calendar, or an administrator connects Google Drive. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to contato@feelinc.cloud.
Google Calendar
Each administrator or client connects their own Google account. We use the account email to identify the connection and request permission to view and edit calendar events. We read events from the account's primary calendar to display them only in that person's Workspace calendar. We create, update, and remove events in that primary calendar to keep dated Feelinc tasks and Workspace events in sync. Administrators receive production dates across clients; clients receive only dates and events for their own productions. Synced details may include task titles, dates, descriptions, and client names.
Google events displayed in the Workspace are fetched when the calendar is opened or refreshed; they are not copied into the Workspace database. The account owner edits their Google-origin events in Google Calendar. Other Workspace users do not receive that person's Google-origin events through this integration.
Google Drive
An administrator may connect a Google Drive account for the team's financial document workflow. The Workspace uses the granted Drive file permission to find or create project folders, upload files selected by an administrator, and access files used by Workspace features. The connected account email and links or identifiers for uploaded documents may be saved with the relevant Workspace records. The Drive connection is shared for authorized administrators of this Workspace.
Storage and access
We store OAuth refresh tokens in encrypted form in the Workspace database so the integrations can continue working without asking for permission on every visit. Access is limited to the integration functions and authenticated Workspace users with the appropriate role. Calendar connections are stored separately for each administrator or client. We use Google data to provide these features and do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Our hosting and database providers process information needed to run the Workspace. We send event data to Google Calendar to perform the requested synchronization and files to Google Drive when an administrator uploads them. We do not transfer Google user data to unrelated parties for their own purposes.
Disconnecting and deletion
Administrators and clients can disconnect their Calendar account in the Workspace calendar. This deletes the stored Calendar authorization for that account and stops future synchronization. Feelinc events already copied to Google Calendar stay there until removed in Google Calendar. Disconnecting does not delete Workspace tasks or events. An account owner can also revoke access in their Google Account permissions. To request deletion of other Workspace information or assistance with a Drive connection, contact us at the address above.
Changes
We will update this page if the way the Workspace uses Google data changes.
