Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small values that a website can store in your browser and receive with later requests. Local storage and session storage are separate browser features. This notice covers both because the Feel Inc. public site uses browser storage for preferences and audience measurement.
The public gallery can be viewed without signing in. The project briefing does not save its answers in cookies or local storage. Cookies used for authenticated client or collaborator sessions belong to the platform’s sign-in flow, rather than the public gallery.
Storage used by this site
The following entries reflect the current public-site implementation. Browser storage may remain until you clear it unless a shorter lifetime is described.
| Entry | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
feelinc_analytics_visitor | Random identifier used to group visits in our own audience statistics. Stored in local storage. | No automatic expiry in the current implementation; removable in browser settings. |
feelinc_analytics_session | Groups analytics events in a browser-tab session. Stored in session storage. | The identifier renews after 30 minutes of inactivity on a later page initialization. Session storage normally ends when the tab’s session ends. |
feelinc-theme | Remembers a saved light or dark appearance preference when present. Read from local storage. | Until changed or removed. |
session cookie | Used when signing into the client or collaborator platform. It is not required to browse the public portfolio. | Seven days in the current sign-in implementation, unless you sign out or clear it earlier. |
Audience measurement
The public site’s own analytics records visits, selected clicks, portfolio openings and time spent. It also records broad device and browser information, referring websites and campaign parameters. The identifiers above are random values; they are not the name or email entered in the briefing.
The current public tracker runs when the page initializes and has no separate analytics preference switch. This notice does not represent a consent choice. Removing its storage entry clears the local identifier, but a new one can be created on a later visit while the tracker is active.
Video players and third parties
Portfolio videos may use YouTube, Google Drive, Instagram or FrameRate. Opening an embedded player can allow that provider to read or store its own cookies and collect playback or connection information. Images and silent previews may also contact media delivery services before you open a player.
Provider behavior depends on the video, your browser settings, your existing provider accounts and the provider’s current policies. We do not set a fixed lifetime for their cookies. See Google’s cookie information and Meta’s cookie policy, and review the selected provider’s information before using its player.
Managing your browser settings
Your browser lets you inspect and remove site data, block cookies and restrict third-party storage. Clearing site data can reset appearance preferences and analytics identifiers, and may sign you out of the platform. Blocking third-party storage can affect embedded videos.
Browser controls vary. Look for “Privacy,” “Site data” or “Cookies” in your browser settings. You can contact contact@feelinc.cloud about our own storage and measurement practices.
